Sales Associate
Houston, TX Full-Time Sales
Circle Living is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will represent the Circle Living brand, build meaningful relationships with customers, and help them find the perfect bedding and bath products to elevate their everyday comfort.
Responsibilities
- +Engage with customers in-store and online to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
- +Maintain a deep understanding of all Circle Living products, materials, and care instructions.
- +Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- +Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is beautifully presented at all times.
- +Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- +Provide post-purchase follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- +Support marketing initiatives including events, pop-ups, and social media content.
Qualifications
- +Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- +Passion for home goods, interior design, or sustainable lifestyle products.
- +Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- +Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude.
- +Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and sales processing.
